Is that yours and @likwid official statement? I'm not sure if bullying people will help you get more users onboard your program.
I actually have been considering using likwid but I'm not interested with your services not any more.

It's your stakeholder responsibility to use your downvote power.
It is not responsibility, but privillage to have downvoting power. And he has full right to do whatever he wants. Simple as that.
It's awful to see little 'warlords' like yourself, who are trying to enforce your own ways on others.

Use it as you want would mean use it when ever you want not when someone forces you too by punishments of downvotes. So not "use it as you want"... Use it as others tell you to use.
