Yep I agree bitcoin will always be king. Most of the time you have to exchange bitcoin to buy the alt coins.

I don't think everything is interdependent on bitcoin, bitcoin is probably the biggest trading pair for alt coins so when dollar value drops in bitcoin it's only logical they drop too, but they have value outside of bitcoin and can rise and fall independently but I'm more interested in the tech than buy the price as I don't want to be left holding a shit coin in moments like this
Yeah, long bear markets are what's going to cause shit coins to get wiped off the map. No one will be dumping money into these pnd's unless they think they can make a profit. When prices tank people are only going to hold bags in projects they believe in.
