The other day I was passed the Steem Torch by @clixmoney. The Torch was to the value of 926 steem. While passing the torch to me @clixmoney explained in his video that he chose me because he trusted me. Awesome. Thank you @clixmoney
Today I passed on the torch. 930 steem was sent to @nickyhavey in trust that he will carry this touch and pass it on in good faith. Proof of trust is in full swing on the steem blockchain.

Yes many questions have come to my mind about this, most, if not all, are variants of "wtf is going on" and "why are people sharing pictures of me carrying torches again?" 🤣
I'll have a full read up later on for the rules etc when I get back from work. Just don't ask me to put anything in a spreadsheet, you know it will be unnecessarily complicated haha!

It's so scarey being trusted with this much Steem. I got it earlier this year and it was just over 500 Steem, I was so worried someone would hack into my wallet and steal it that I pass it on immediately the next day!!!

I did start sending out a few "feelers" to see who wanted to carry on the torch. Otherwise I'd have put it in to savings for safe keeping until I found someone.
Thankfully, I know a lot of trustworthy people 😊

@steevc, I guess I could answer that question right away. I'm afraid it just would take someone who send the torch to me after these Christmas holidays when almost each one of us are kind of broke to know that for sure. LoL
