It was before my time, so I don't know. There was talk of 4 weeks a few years ago, but unsure if better or worse. One of the issues of long powerdown is that many investors don't like the risk.

People raged about it incessantly.
But then people raged at anything incessantly on the shitchain if it meant they couldn't get their money out quick enough
Yeah. I am in two minds about it. Perhaps with a shorter powerdown time I would have powered more up, but I am likely an exception.
