Hello Fellow Citizens!
Exciting update today as @crypt0gnome & @asgarth would like to share we are now teaming up to develop Terracore side by side!
With this new partnership @crypt0gnome will be able to fully focus on all the backend upgrades and gameplay tuning, while @asgarth will be taking charge of the front end & UX experience to bring all of the amazing features you have all been using with @terracorehub.
A NEW HOME FOR TERRACORE
As we rework parts of TerracoreHUB to be used as the main frontend for the game you may notice some changes and improvements.
The first of such changes is a brand new home page that should help new players checking out the game to understand our universe and its endless possibilities.
We are designing the home page so that it will be easy for new players to quickly get a glance of what the game offers and take a step into a more modern look.

Players will be greeted with a slider that gives an overview of the basic game mechanics.
A detailed overview of our NFT & Items systems
A showcase at the marketplace on how you can own & trade items found in the game.
There is also a redesigned process to create an account that allows a seamless onboarding to create a hive & Terracore account and also allows you to use a multitude of different cryptocurrencies to pay with & setup hive @keychain.
There is also now support for creating a Hive account using a multitude of different currencies. This will help us to increase our reach to users that are not currently on the HIVE blockchain and make it easy to onboard them step by step.
You will start to see these changes take place of the next 24 hours as well as the Domain & DNS changing over to point to this as a singular HUB for everything Terracore related.
THE NEW DEVELOPMENT CYCLE
With all these exciting changes we will also be seeing some new stuff happening behind the scenes. We have been working closely over the past few months keeping Terracorehub and the major releases in sync so we already have a really good feel for how to get things done quickly & now that there is a unified front end we expect development time to speed up over the next few months allowing us to add to make improvements more streamlined.
TEASER
As of right now we do not have an official roadmap but we do have some things we have some updates we have been brainstorming. For a teaser the top things on our drawing board currently are the following:
- A Guild System
- Colonies / Land
- New Potions
These changes will be active and announced in discord in the next few days
We would like to remind you that the game is still in its alpha/beta phase, and we are constantly making changes and improvements to ensure that it is the best possible experience for all players. As such, we appreciate your feedback and input, and we encourage you to continue to share your thoughts with us.

I have been playing Terracor for some time, but the one thing I cannot find out to do is how do I Salvage NFT's to obtain SFLUX?? I have 0 SFLUX, thus cannot travel!
use terracorehub you can salvage NFTs there easily.
Thanks for the reply, does this simply mean, I must buy and sell Items on the market?
I do have 4 Items, that I got out of crates, but no SFLUX.
I also see the old front end has disappeared, I now only get my board, and don't see where I must now claim my scrap?
The site is now updated, you can now use terracoregame.com
You can get flux by salvaging those items, this is the other method to get flux
The idea of Land sounds particularly interesting! Can't wait for updates! Congratulations on recruiting another team member, too.

That is great news indeed, been using hub for the majority of my playtime but mostly out of functionality especially o the go. Did feel like it's missing some feel as the initial soundtrack and looks captured my attention. Combining those and speeding up development is awesome to see!
Nevermind the extra onboarding options, let's see what that will do when a bull comes back eventually :-)

I did notice that the "news and updates" section went away from the page - I'd personally love it if there was still a section for that that can feature official posts and updates as well as any curated community posts you guys want to shine a light on.
I think part of the power of hive is the built in community and interaction that the blogging/commenting portion ads as well as the ability for users to write about their own experiences etc...

I noticed typos on one of the images above, and thought you might want to fix it. In the image titled 'Create a new Hive account', in the section 'There is a cost...', in the line "This upfront payment also allow the blockchain to process...", the word allow should be allows. Also, below that in the line "TerracoreHUB partner with..." the word partner should be partners.
I haven't seen this game before, and am having a look to see if it's something I might enjoy playing. I appreciate that you clearly have put a lot of work into it, and even if I don't play, it's another route for onboarding folks to Hive as well as an additional benefit Hivers can enjoy.
