This is one of my methods that people asked me about. Let me show you how this works.
As we know social signals are important, especially that people say Trump won elections only due to Facebook. This is not about politics though, but as always with me - crypto!
So lets check top10.
Just keep in mind, this means mentions - may mean bad ones too or some drama. Its suggested to check this tags yourself a bit on twitter before making decisions. Coins on twitter use dollar sign in front.

So the top10 projects are almost all traded on Binance, just KCS is from KuCoin and our beloved STEEM (which tag of i use daily on twitter too) is listed in top10 popular coins.
Interesting to see lack of BTC and ETH here.
Worth noting that this top10 coins are not coins that pumped today into some crazy place. It looks like regular shares and social action.

It's scary how much impact social media has nowadays. It can completely explode a coin or destroy it by shilling it or FUDing it.
This just shows how much dumb money is currently in crypto (I consider myself dumb money), as people are too lazy or just don't know how to do their own research, thus listening to all shills/FUD they see on reddit/facebook/twitter.
On the other hand, COSS best coin of 2018, here's why!!!!!!
People also get attracted to FOMO, so they follow the lead of their twitter lords shilling some shitty coin with dumb projects.
The funny thing is, if you get in and knon when to exit, you make good profits, but the foolish ones that wait for it to reach their expectations lose woefully.
I have been greedy many times, then getting burnt. I set myself some guidelines, half at 5%, a quater at 10% and 25% is just whenever I think is good.
I follow the 50/50 rule. Invest, sell half to get my money back, 2nd half sell order for 10x ATH or HODL. Works fine so far 🤑
Tron seems pretty sketchy
If you're looking for a pump-and-dump coin, TRX is a bad choice. It's far too early in its development. It would be like investing in Microsoft right after Bill Gates finished coding Windows, before he tried to sell it. You'd be buying hype, not product. Wait a year, then you can decide whether TRX is sketchy.
PS almost all of these coins are early in their development. Some would say Steemit is early in its development, too -- and it's a fully functional content platform!
Lol it's just a copy and paste job with a good marketing effort which a lot of investors actually think is more important than technology, personally I prefer having something unique and useful.

Gold and silver isn't real money. Real money has value outside of the physical realms or real money is what you want it to be. Silver and Gold, even their value is a given. 1000s of years ago, Gold and Silver were useless. There are non-physical things which are more valuable than physical
Physical reality started off as non-physical. For that reason, we have manipulation of time and space.

Are you kidding me? What kind of backwards logic is this. Gold and silver are the definition of real money!
I got in TRX at 0.03. Watched it ride all the way up.......and allllll the way back down. UGH
I feel like a bag lady now. lol
I'm in other projects but TRX is around 50% of my portfolio.
I'd love for it to pump around the time of the so called coin burn so I can toss this bag and run!! I't won't be MY future @tradealert.

Ho are you a bag lady? You have twice your investment. Whzt you'be learnt is "nothing". Do you understand that you are dealing with a very volatile market? How do you expect 1000% on a project which hasn't even taken off? Quick profits, greed much? Have you seen the performance of innovztive solid projects launched 1 year ago? Have you noticed their lucrative rewards?
It's not that I expected an instant gain...I guess I'm just frustrated that I didn't play it right. I could have taken some profits at the .20 price or so and tossed some into other projects I like.
I expected a correction after the hype but as it's sitting here doing nothing like most coins...I'm hesitant to do anything right now except wait for a small pump.
Hmm fair enough. I'd give Tron 3 months before selling off.
Seems to me like you're still in profit @tinylayla ;), why not hedging some of that into a bigger cap currency like ETH or Bitcoin?
I have small positions in both...and probably should have went heavier with ETH. Maybe sitting tight and waiting for all of the inactivity and FUD to blow over is best? I got spoiled by the run ups in NOV-DEC. lol :)

ELF, the top shilled coin, is probably my next buy, i've heard soo much about it, still have to do my own research... This is a great tactic to learn about the coins most shilled, nice one

Have in mind that many companies use bots and trolls. Social life is fake in so many ways.

The top coins are really doing well.. I use this metrics too although you cant rely too much on them.
Tron i think is the biggest pump and dump i have ever witnessed, i bought at $0.24 a few weeks ago and in 48 hours it dumped to less that $0.1.

This is great thank you. I believe the social "status" of some of these could really make or break them. It's one of the most interesting pieces of the whole thing.
News follows sentiment. It's important for investing in general, but especially in crypto coins, because there are so many pure speculators who don't know much. I'm surprised by your list and also what's not on your list. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for sharing this. Looks to me that this tool also does sentiment analysis on the Tweets. So the number in the heart column indicates how positive the Tweets are. However one should be aware that „I am happy, that XRP is crashing“ is also of positive sentiment.
