In just 7 days, I will be in Oregon! Now I don't have a whole lot of time on this trip to capture every wonder aspect of Oregon, but I do have a small amount of time! Four days and four nights to be exact!
Although I don't have all the time in the world, I'm trying to make the most of it and all I can during this trip! That's why I'm looking for recommendations from any steemian who may be from there or has visited there to help me out. Please help me discover and capture some of the wonders Oregon has to offer.
So far my itinerary looks something along the lines of this.
Stop number 1: Cannon Beach, OR
I have been looking forward to getting a chance to finally visit this beach for a long time coming now.
Once we land in Portland, it's off to the coast! I've grown up all my life on the East Coast but haven't ever gotta a chance to visit the Pacific West Coast, until now that is. A whole day, to explore and take in all the surrounding beauty.
Following day number 1, will be headed off towards the southern more part of OR. However, that's not over course without taking the Oceanic route the whole way there!!
Stop number 2: Crater Lake, OR
There seems to be a slew of hiking trails and places to visit around this neck of the woods. Not yet sure, just where to stop though. So many places to see and visit, it almost makes it hard to choose.
Though we really unfortunately don't have to much time down here before were off, heading further instate, towards Bend, OR
Stop number 3: Bend, OR
Now I'm not going to lie, this recommendation came from my Fiancée but man does it look beautiful! I just couldn't say no! It also just happens to be located another cool looking mountain, Bachelor Mt. which might be cool to see while where there. Who knows, but at least we do get to stay here for a little while and check it out before heading back north again!
Stop number 4: Mt. Hood, OR
Now this is one, I'm really looking forward to. Being from Florida, I'm used to flat land everywhere you look. A mountain of this magnitude is just aw-inspiring! It's definitely high up there on places I want to see during this visit. However, nearby to Mt. Hood is Multnomah falls, OR! Just taking a look a pictures it's easy to see how wonderful these places ought to be in person.
Steemit friends, I need you to help me find some more insanely beautiful places to visit in Oregon, during my upcoming trip here!
I would love any travel suggestions, local recommendations, or places to visit along my path!

I'm not sure what the sales tax situation is in Florida (I think that's where you are?) but keep in mind that Oregon is sales tax free. So people from 10% sales tax seattle come on down for big purchases...
Shopping malls include Woodburn Premium Outlets, or Washington Square near Portland. Might be fun to browse or buy things...
Astoria is a town north of Cannon Beach that may be worth checking out, I haven't been there myself but a friend of mine lives there and loves it
Sorry for the late response, but I didn’t know that about the sales tax in Oregon! The sales tax in FL is 7% so that’ll be nice and thanks for the recommendations we’ll be next to both Portland and Cannon Beach during our trip!
