RULE ONE.

Always keep in mind that Unfair criticism is most times a compliment in disguise. People do not waste their effort criticizing or talking about somebody who worth nothing. See such criticism as a tap on the back saying "we believe in you; you can do better than this" because people do not expect much from people who can't give much. No one kicks a dead dog right?

RULE TWO.

Remember that Criticism will always come, but letting it disturb you is your choice. No matter what you do, you can't please everyone and different people will always have different opinion how things should have been done without even considering the resources you are working with. Once you are sure you did your best, put up an umbrella and prevent the rain of criticism from drowning you.

RULE THREE.

To be comfortable with criticism, you have to "criticize yourself or ask for criticism yourself". When you criticize yourself first, you are ahead of any other external criticism. This will help you see the truth or fault in any other external criticism and not take it as a personal attack. Moreover, when you ask for criticism, you will most likely get helpful, unbiased and constructive feedbacks.
