September 8, 2020, was a significant day.
Case #MJ9119 Austin Steinbart VS United States in the District court of Arizona had a detention hearing, for allegedly violating his pretrial services agreement.
Let’s quickly overview: This was the 3rd time Austin Steinbart has been contained and NOT YET CHARGED, NOT YET ARRAIGNED, AND NOT YET INDICTED FOR ANY CRIMES.
His constitutional rights are being GROSSLY violated and this action of INJUSTICE is egregious.
When the original complaint of extortion was filed against Austin back in March, he agreed to refrain from alcohol and medicinal marijuana for 30 days. Well, due to COVID-19 restrictions, it has now been 180 days, over 5 times the original time he agreed to.
After being on house arrest during this entire time, and being arbitrarily denied access to prescribed medicine, he finally made a conscious decision to use medical marijuana to alleviate the chronic pain he has endured since his diagnosis of severe Celiac disease at age FIVE.
What happened? Austin had a drug test on September 1, 2020, and before he was tested, pictures and video were brought forth of him drinking a hard-cider, one time, in his kitchen. That violation was enough for them to throw him in Federal Prison, and it was only after his arrest, did they find his Prosthetic Limb, aka, The Wizzanater, He did not use the device, nor was he drug tested. He chose to admit to using marijuana because he believed to have a strong case due to his medical prescription to it. However, this being a federal trial, and Marijuana being federally classified as a Schedule 1 drug, the judge did not recognize his doctor’s recommendations. Remember, he agreed to refrain from Marijuana and Alcohol for 30 days on house arrest, and it has now been 6 months. Had he taken a chemically induced artificial pain killer, he would of not been in violation, however taking the natural route, yielded an unreasonable result.
Austin has now been in Florence Federal Prison for exactly 7 days and is literally beginning to starve, as he is served small portions, while the prison kitchen isn’t equipped to deal with the meticulous care it takes to address such severe levels of food allergies.
The ruling was made by Judge, Michelle Burns, to deny his release and continue his detention INDEFINITELY, with no court date in sight, and no case for his Lawyer, Benjamin Good, to litigate.
UNDERSTAND THIS: We will continue to fight on and on until the very end. The catastrophic miscalculations made by certain individuals that defected from the Steinbart Media Group were a failure and a disgrace. This is only going to make our victory that more epic, as the Future SpaceForce Commander of the United States sits in jail, we the people, will continue to expose this deep state, as we COMPLETE the Most PROFOUND & EPIC MILITARY INTELLIGENCE OPERATION THE PLANET HAS EVER SEEN; OPERATION Q ANON. What transpires over the course of the next two months will shock the world.
No matter what happens to Austin personally, the SHOW MUST GO ON, AND THE PLAN WILL CONTINUE. “The Plan” was never about Austin Steinbart, it IS about waking up the population at large about what’s happening.
