my workout routine

Hi everyone, 

Do you workout on a daily basis?

I do. But if you were to ask me if i had 6 packs or ripped lean body like shown,

I can only say, i wish to. 

You see it is pretty hard for me to reach to a body like such in a country like Malaysia, where we can find good foods anywhere we go to. On the flip side, yes, that is one of my excuses not getting ripped as i could be. 

But well, i do try to maintain my physique by working out on a most regular basis as much as i could. 

Here i would like to share the routine i do for my usual workout sets.

1. 6-7 pull ups in any grip , 3 sets

2. 10 dips, 3 sets

3. push up, any stances, 10times, 3 sets (no goat of course)

4. deep squats, 10 times, 3 sets

5. leg raises, 10 times, 3 sets

6. Leg raise hold, 10 sec each, 3 sets

By far i've done this set of workout for a while like around 3-4 weeks or maybe 5? I lost count, 

I have no problem to getting my muscles firm and tight, i hate feeling soggy around my major muscles. 

But as spoken, i am no where near to being ripped at any point.

Maybe i could do better by increasing the repetition of increasing the sets.
