20 Minute daily workout

I have been following this work out routine for a week now. the reason i started is because i felt that i really need to work out but cant find the time & energy to go to gym. plus i have tried it before and i only lasted for couple of weeks
I am sharing this because i know many go trough the same struggle
Lets hope I stick to it. I think it might be a good gym substitute.
