I would like to develop something useful...This is the digital age and should be treated as such. I come from a family with little to no knowledge of our past. I know there are sites out there that help you find your ancestors and such, but blockchain development would be better suited for this purpose. First, its immutable, and second, it'll be here forever! What if one of your ancestors could not only find a picture and text bio of you in the future, but also see you as you were? Lets build a family registry on blockchain. Anyone with me? We could provide supporting documents, video, and testimonials to keep Ancestors honest... Any other ideas?

There is http://WikiTree.org which is like Wikipedia encyclopedia online but is focus on Ancestry, as in family trees, and it is free to join, and they have forums and I made my own family tree on it. But you are right that a blockchain focus and maybe even a cryptocurrency, as well, would be even better than just a normal website thing. I hope for the best for Wiki Tree and whatever they may do but we could probably do even better than that, too.
