Several layers to that onion. There is what is in the U.S. Constitution for example. But we should also talk about the other things too. Alex Jones was not restored to Twitter. Owen Shroyer was not restored to Twitter. Are you saying the woman who sued McDonald's for hot coffee was not a serious person and was too dumb to know coffee is hot? And yet she took them to court and won. Even tho she should have known better.

I got a Christmas card from my dad, $50. He said Robin & Daisy are doing alright. He said China Garden is now a Carl's Jr. Also, next to that is like a Taco Bell or something with taco in the title last time I checked in 2017 or 2018 or 2012. I forget but it was like the last time I was working at China Garden as it was closing down back then some years ago in the 2010s.
