justice towards women

in #dblog4 years ago

Let us look at the figure of women in the European hemisphere and in other parts of the earth, which is not the least of those who have wealth and use it. This is partly because their legal system is not in accordance with Islamic Sharia law. There women can only enjoy these rights indirectly, through a man who becomes her husband, father or guardian. Islamic teachings are still foreign to them. Although in the end women get their rights, but they have to struggle that is felt too heavy due to the nature of nature, namely their dignity, nature, and dignity as human persons can not be defended as a whole. Even though the struggle that they can achieve is only a small part when compared to what has been given by Islam. Rasulullah s.a.w. has given motivation or encouragement to realize truth and justice. Truth and justice are the two main things in the lives of people everywhere. So realize that Islam occupies a special place, namely legalizing a free economic position for women and giving women the right to own, use and enjoy these rights without any intermediaries or parties. Not only that, Islam also defends women's also has freedom. Islam teaches that a marriage is not valid without the consent of the woman. Rasulullah s.a.w. teaches us that no widow can be married or married without consultation with her and no girl can be married or married without her consent, and her consent is her silence. Even if a wedding ceremony is over and it turns out the woman does not agree with it, then the marriage can be canceled. Before the arrival of Islam, where women had to take another roundabout route, it was difficult to free themselves from the despotism of the husband who had no responsibility for the family and holding women was like in the world of slavery. This is partly due to the absence of state laws or norms and customs that give women the right to stay away and leave their husbands out of the values of truth and justice, or maybe even the women themselves do not love their husbands. At that time the right to divorce was only the right of men even under any conditions. Islam upholds the truth and justice, among others, by giving these rights with a clear and definite formula that can be carried out whenever women want divorce (khulu ') which of course is in accordance with existing procedures, not just arbitrarily doing khulu'. Islam also gives women the right to propose marriage to the man she wants, to the extent that it does not violate the rules set by the Shari'a. If the limits or rules of Islam are violated, it can be fatal to a domestic life. What is meant by breaking the rules here, for example is religious differences and so on.
