Everybody has a dream. Most of the time it takes us a while to turn these great wishes into reality, especially because they usually come with a bigger price tag.
Now thanks to Steem some of us will be able to cut corners in order to achieve their goals more quickly. The additional income can be a game changer to many players.
My Steem earnings enabled me to buy a piece of land where I'll build my first own house. Writing down these words still seems a bit unreal to me, since I didn't believe to come to that point so quickly.

Without hard work and dedication as well as the great support from the community this wouldn't have been possible. Also the timing was brilliant, I joined in the earlier stages.
I'm both grateful and proud.
Many people supported me along the way, some tried to tear me down. I'm glad I only stayed with those who pushed me, they have a large stake in my success story.
I'm also happy I've been always true to myself, kept with my principles and values, stood up for what I believe in and raised my voice even if I was representing the unpopular opposition. I spent many hours supporting and coaching new users, trying to share my knowledge with them and like that give something back to the network.
It's been a long way, and it's been worth it.
I hope that in the future many more will have the opportunity to use Steem as a vehicle to success and turn their greatest wishes into reality.
That's what dreams are actually made for, right? :-)

And she often posts content, that's also controversial and critic regarding Steemit. She has no fear and wrong respect, she is sharing her real opinion. Why does she do this? Hey Marly, how long did it take you to actually start making so much on each post instead of just pennies like our account :) Also, did you invest A LOT of money from day one to buy steem power? It seems like that is the only way to make any money on Steem (if you were not on Steem from day 1). Let me know your thoughts and thanks!
Hey! It took me around 4-5 months until I started to earn real money with my posts. What I did in the beginning was I studied the most successful bloggers and tried to learn from them. Also I tried to write about things that I figured were interesting to the majority of stakeholders. So instead of blogging about my own stuff I primarily tried to cover the community's interests.
I haven't invested in Steem so far and can't give you any recommendation in that direction. Crypto means speculation, so everybody should make their own decisions on where to invest their money :-)
Thank you for sharing, that is great advice and also much appreciated. Im wondering what your thoughts are on publishers like us (fun website) and this type of content? Do you think there is room for it, or do you suggest I post content that is more about my journey to grow my website. Im just asking since I have heard a lot of stories about people who kill themselves to create valuable content, but end up making nothing, and people wigh more resources and other tricks and tehniques end up making a ton. Any advice is appreciated, just want to see if I should focus the majority of our time on Steemit. Its scary to go all in and neglect other channels and get crushed because of who knows what.
Well whether a piece of content is valuable or not ultimately defines your audience (besides yourself through self-esteem).
There is room for everything, since there is an audience for everything. If I were you I'd do some research to find it out - like studying the relevant tags and finding out how many are actually moving within that specific segment.
It's always helpful to check first if there is actually a potential. If there is no niche to conquer, then you might probably keep going and find something else.
I can't tell you what to write about, since I would just tell you what I personally like, and that's not representative at all :-)

Also quick tip if you’re doing any internal work get it done in Winter when contractors and workers are a bit less swamped with work. You’ll pay less and generally get a slightly better quality of workmanship!

My dream is just to be able to quit my carcinogenic job. I'm sure it'll kill me first though lol.
I've never quit my real job for Steem. You never know how the price is going to be tomorrow, so I'd always recommend to play safe, unless you already have a lot of savings. I didn't have anything when I started here :-)
You're definitely one of the lucky ones! I only wish I had found Steemit earlier. Hey if you're into lightning and storms and stuff, stop by on my page a few times this spring and check my photos out :)

Wow. It's awesome to see the success you have gained. Congrats. I'm certainly not technically challenged, but trying to scale the curve on Steem. Definitely a challenging climb.
