Fragment mapy księstwa oleśnickiego wydanej w dziele Atlas Silesiae : id est Dvcatvs Silesiae generaliter quatuor mappis nec non specialiter XVI mappis tot Principatvs repraesentantibvs geographice exhibitvs. Data wydania dzieła nie jest dokładnie określona. Mapy te wydano nie wcześniej niż w 1817 roku, ale też na pewno przedstawiają stan ziem w pierwszym trzydziestoleciu XIX wieku.

Mapa ta jest szóstą z dwudziestu umieszczonych w atlasie, a jej pełny tytuł to Das Fürstenthum Oels, nebst dem Fürstenthum Trachenberg, den freyen Standesherrschaften Militsch, Wartenberg und Goschütz, der Herrschaft Festenberg und den freyen Minderherrschaften Neuschloss, Sulau und Freyhan, oder der Oels-Bernstädtsche, Oels-Trebnitzsche, Militsche und Wartenbergische Kreis / gezeichnet von I. W. Wieland und verbessert vom Ingenieur-Major von Schubarth, jezt aber umgearbeitet und vermehrt von D. F. Sotzmann.

Ciekawe obiekty umieszczone na mapie to zwierzyniec (Thiergarten) przy drodze biegnacej z Goszcza do Goli Wielkiej oraz ptaszarnie (być może bażanciarnie, Voglehauser) w Chełstówku (Kl. Schönwald). Na mapie odnaleźć można również licznie działające wówczas wiatraki i młyny wodne. W Twardogórze (Festenberg) zaznaczono pocztę.
Kartografowie za pomocą kreskowań usiłowali również oddać ukształtowanie terenu - zaznaczono niektóre wzniesienia i wąwozy.
