Now normally, traf, I'm all for your wacky interpretation of things, this one however I find myself bothered by.
Clearly the dandruff is coming towards the cat, not away from it so either you're standing above the cat shaking your head or you are that cat (which is what normally happens in these things) in which case, your dandruff is so bad that it's like a magnet attracting other people's dandruff to you...
I don't think head and shoulders or anything is gonna help you here buddy. Best to just sit inside and not walk anywhere near crowds.
