Italy is bringing in laws next month that make it mandatory for school age children up to the age of 16 to be vaccinated. Italy had been experience a falling off of vaccination rates amid concerns by parents over efficacy and potential health dangers.
This new ruling is set to change this unprofitable trend for pharmaceutical companies. Parents who refuse to vaccinate their children will soon be fined and worryingly potentially have their children taken away by the state!
Vaccinations In Italy
The share of Italian children vaccinated against measles has fallen since 2012 by more than 5%. Italy's National Institute of Health reports that measles vaccinations among 2-year-olds rose steadily until 2010 where the vaccination rate was just above 90%. In 2013 it dropped to 88%, 86% in 2014 and 85.3% in 2015. This decreasing trend was obviously loosing money for big pharmaceutical companies.
Recently there has been a supposed measles 'outbreak' in Italy that has lead the Italian government to push through these new vaccination laws.
The new laws make 12 vaccines mandatory for school children in an attempt to combat ‘anti-scientific theories’. Included in the new mandatory vaccines are:
- Measles
- Rubella
- Chickenpox
- Tetanus
- Diphtheria
- Polio
- Hepatitis B
The vaccinations will be mandatory from September for Italian children attending pre-schools through to the second year of high school!
The Debate About Vaccinations
Proponents of vaccinations believe that vaccinating the entire population leads to herd immunity. I have written a post highlighting several problems with herd immunity that don't make logical sense!
It is clear that vaccinations are very profitable for the pharmaceutical companies that produce them. The primary goal of these publicly listed companies is to improve dividends for their shareholders. This list of the pharmaceutical company legal settlements makes it clear that these corporations are perfectly happy to lie and corrupt the system to increase their profits. It seems as if getting caught and paying fines is considered a normal cost of business for these corporations. They care about profits not people!
People who are against forced vaccinations raise several points that are valid for consideration:
- People deserve the freedom of choice - letting our governments dictate what we must do is dangerous
- There are health concerns with vaccines
- We do not yet know the impacts of some of these vaccines over a human lifetime
- The number of vaccines we are being given is rising
This is an emotive topic and always sparks lively debate here on Steemit and elsewhere - I encourage that!
Coerced Into Vaccinations
The new laws in Italy have stipulations that seriously coerce families into vaccinating their children. It is reported that children up to 6 years of age will not be accepted into nursery schools without vaccination certificates. Parents who send their children to school after 6 years old without vaccinations could face fines of up to $8,380. The most worrying aspect of these rules is the potential for repeat offenders to lose parental custody of their children!!
This seems like a three stage coercion tactic:
- No vaccination, no school - this is very similar to Australia's no jab, no play policy - ouch!
- Progressive fines that directly impact the financial security of families
- Potential removal of children from their families by the state to forcibly vaccinate them
I know there are those of you reading this who will agree on these tactics for the 'greater good' of the population but I feel these laws are outrageous! They go against every concept of freedom of choice and clearly financially benefit the big pharmaceutical agenda.
What Do I Think?
For those of you who have been following my posts you will be aware that I was directly involved in medical corruption which I outlined in my post. After this experience I started to look at things differently and research more.
It is now my opinion that the big pharmaceutical companies are not trying to heal us rather their goals are to increase their profits by any means possible. The billions in dollars paid in legal fines shows that even with their vast amounts of money these corporations cannot sweep some of these crimes under the carpet. Still no employees go to jail!
The recent measles outbreak in Italy could well have been manufactured by interests pushing the vaccination agenda. If that is so it would reflect the well used method of problem>reaction>solution that is powerful as well as ancient. Modern history is full of stories of our governments or corporations poisoning and lying to populations as scare tactics to garner public support for otherwise unpopular policies.
According to the Australian Standard Vaccination Schedule children are given up to 32 vaccinations (in groups) before they are 12 months old. I have also written about this in another post. Australia is implementing policies that are very similar to Italy's and I fear we will see this trend increasing around the world.
Essentially I believe in liberty, education and freedom of choice. I am concerned that these basic rights are becoming very scarce. What do you think?

It's just scary and sad! The only good thing about how vicious the Italian government has been, is that it got people out in the streets in unprecedented numbers!
Unlike how here in North America, they are "boiling frogs", the idea of forced vaccination is being rolled out slowly, in Italy they went for it all, and it is backfiring. People are protesting like crazy, the communities are coming together to rise up and fight this.
Absolutely it should be a choice. Herd immunity...wtf. I wish more folks would use some logic, or maybe do some research on it. It's a total scam! I made this when I was pretty angry one day, the ignorance just makes me sick.

Thank you very much for writing this article and bringing attention to a subject that needs much LIGHT brought to it! When you say you need to read more, do you mean about the rising up of the Italians?
This is similar to the new law in my country, Romania, where fines can go up to $2500. For the time being, the law does not say anything about removing unvaccinated kids from their families, although there have been calls - even from official figures - to declare such parents irresponsible.
I was wondering what does the Italian law has to say about responsibility for side-effects. Will producers be held accountable? In my country, it is the government that assumes this responsibility, so the producers won't be bothered with lawsuits.

What a shocking infringement on parental rights, France, Italy, Australia you can feel the momentum building and the direction this is heading in. I wrote a post a couple of days back relating to the damage caused by the swine flu vaccine, now imagine the damage it would have caused if this vaccination was mandatory for every man, woman and child in the country? Like yourself I'm very worried, they seem to be following a pattern of picking off one country at a time and then observing the public reaction. Depending on said reaction they either move on quickly to another country or hold back for a little while, two steps forward and one step back. The thing is that those opposed to a mandatory vaccination programme will actually be in the minority and to me that's a very scary thought. Although I will also add that there appears to be a growing tide of public awareness relating to these issues. I feel they know the window of opportunity is short and this is the reason they are pushing ahead with these programmes. Wow I can't believe that kids in Austrailia have to have so many vaccines before they are 12! In the UK I have learnt more about vaccinations and what goes into them (and the profit that drugs companies make from them!) and am now not so sure about giving them to my 1 year old baby. She has had some that I researched and that my other two kids have had. However, some of the vaccines that were given to my older kids I am not sure I want to give them to the baby. Then there is that niggling worry that what if she gets measles?! hmmmm......interesting topic.

Bloody shocking. This has been going on for a while throughout the world. Thankfully, Canada isn't there yet but parents here encounter a lot of pressure from well meaning but ignorant medical professionals, friends and family members. Good post @jockey
Edit: It actually depends which Canadian province you live in, Ontario for one, has some kind of mandatory vaccination program. BC does not.

That is awful news! Instead of protecting individual freedom of choice, more countries are following the USA in forcing people to comply. Seriously, these money mongers need to all be thrown in jail and their assets distributed to the people who have been harmed.
Yesterday I watched a documentary about money and a group of university student went out into the streets to ask people where money came from. It was shocking to see how many had no clue. People are more inclined to watch a video of cute animals than to educate themselves on what is actually happening in the world around them and understand that they are being enslaved while being told they are free! It is time for the sheeple to be rudely awakened from their slumber.

I enjoyed the days off school! ;-) There is clearly a financial incentive for Big Pharma to sell more vaccines and perhaps more insidious incentives... I have been studying law for 15 years now and the truth about birth certificates is really shocking... they are used to start a corporation in our names... that is why our names are all spelt in CAPITAL LETTERS these days. If you are old enough look at your old passports/ID documents and you will see the change. I like the idea of 'free range' children... no passports let us travel where we like! LOL! Forced injection is rape. Plain and simple.
No greater good can change that.
But if now we get to choose what we want to force upon others, I want mandatory cannabis.
Just like the friends of forced vaccination, I feel like everyone should be smoking - for the greater high. Also millions of lives will be saved, so if you are against mandatory cannabis you are a pretty much a mass murderer and should be locked away.
