Diosas griegas es el tema de la semana 5 de este #makeupchallenge y yo escogí a la diosa del amanecer Eos la cual es una encantadora mujer que vuela a través del cielo para anunciar la llegada del sol (Helios) el cual es su hermano y también es hermana de la luna (Selene). Me encantó la idea de representar a esta diosa griega porque tiene que ver con el amanecer algo que siempre podemos apreciar en el cielo y tiene colores increíblemente hermosos. Para este maquillaje usé tonos amarillo, naranja y algo de lila.
Greek goddesses is the theme of week 5 of this #makeupchallenge and I chose the goddess of the dawn Eos which is a lovely woman who flies through the sky to announce the arrival of the sun (Helios) which is her brother and also sister of the moon (Selene). I loved the idea of representing this Greek goddess because it has to do with the sunrise something that we can always appreciate in the sky and has incredibly beautiful colors. For this makeup I used shades yellow, orange and some lilac.
Primero hice las cejas y aplique base en los ojos, luego use un tono lila en las esquinas de los ojos. Quería usar un tono naranja pero no tenía, así que aplique un poco de labial que se acercaba al tono que yo quería.
First I made the eyebrows and apply base on the eyes, then use a lilac tone in the corners of the eyes. I wanted to use an orange shade but didn't have one, so I applied some lipstick that was close to the shade I wanted.
Para intensificar el color decidí mezclar el labial con una sombra amarilla y con una brocha lo difuminé muy bien en los ojos. Luego agregue un tono amarillo desde el lagrimal del ojo hasta el centro. También añadí los tonos debajo de las pestañas inferiores para dar profundidad a la mirada. Después hice un delineado negro.
To intensify the color I decided to mix the lipstick with a yellow shade and with a brush I blurred it very well in the eyes. Then I added a yellow shade from the teardrop of the eye to the center. I also added the shades under the lower lashes to give depth to the look. Then I did a black eyeliner.
Una vez que el maquillaje de ojos estaba listo, procedí a aplicar la base y el polvo en la cara. Con un pincel dibujé una línea en la cara y la difuminé, para esta línea utilicé lápiz labial mezclado con sombra amarilla. Apliqué el lápiz labial y añadí brillo al arco de Cupido con sombra amarilla.
Así quedó mi maquillaje:
Once the eye makeup was ready, I proceeded to apply foundation and powder to the face. With a brush I drew a line on the face and blurred it, for this line I used lipstick mixed with yellow shadow. I applied the lipstick and added gloss to Cupid's bow with yellow shadow.

Para el vestuario, use un crop-top blanco y una tela brillante. Una cadena dorada de collar y una diadema en la frente para que se acercara un poco al vestuario que usaban las diosas.
For clothing, use a white crop-top and a shiny fabric. A golden necklace chain and a diadem on the forehead to get a little closer to the costumes worn by the goddesses.

La diosa Eos, según la mitología, era de piel dorada y portaba una toga blanca o color pastel de bordes dorados, adornada con flores. Fue una mujer encantadora y romántica lo cual hacía que su personalidad fuera amable y bastante nostálgica.
The goddess Eos, according to mythology, was of golden skin and wore a white or pastel-colored robe with golden edges, adorned with flowers. She was a charming and romantic woman which made her personality kind and quite nostalgic.
Fue una hermosa mujer llena de pasión y logró tener amoríos con titanes y simple mortales. su deseo insaciable de amor (el cual había sido castigo de Afrodita) le hacía verse débil ante todo aquél que la rechazara, por lo que se vio en la obligación de raptar a la mayoría de sus amores.
She was a beautiful woman full of passion and managed to have affairs with titans and simple mortals. Her insatiable desire for love (which had been Aphrodite's punishment) made her look weak to anyone who rejected her, so she was forced to kidnap most of her loves.
La responsabilidad y el control del amanecer quedaba enteramente bajo el poder de esta diosa.
The responsibility and control of the sunrise was entirely under the power of this goddess.
