配料：鸡蛋6个，低筋面粉80克，玉米淀粉10克，玉米油： 75克，食用盐2克，牛奶75克，砂糖75克，白醋3滴.

• 

• 鸡蛋黄和蛋清分离，切记蛋清中不要滴入蛋黄.

• 

• 玉米油用微波炉加热高火1分钟，油温70度左右，加入筛好的面粉和淀粉，搅拌均匀，放入牛奶鸡蛋继续搅拌均匀.

• 

• 加入盐.蛋清提前冰箱冷冻下效果更好.用打蛋器打几下出大泡泡，放入1/3砂糖，继续打，打到小泡泡，放入1/3砂糖，继续高速打发，最后把糖都放进去，打成蛋清成弯钩状，盆倒立蛋清不会出来.

• 轻轻震几下，放入一个比这个烤盘大的烤盘中，烤盘中注入冷水.

• 烤箱上下火150度预热10分钟，放入烤箱150度60分钟拿出来，拿出来震几下.撕开油纸就可以享用了.
