En esta oportunidad les vengo a presentar EL DISLOQUE ETERNO, pero en barras de fondos, #SWC volvimos con un movimiento mortal ☠️.
Aprovechando la mañana, quería hacer varios tipos de entrenamientos diferentes para poder mejorar mi mente 🧠 y calmar mi corazón y hombros 🧘🏻♂️.
Pero lamentablemente e tenido demasiado dolor en los hombros y para este lunes iré al fisioterapeuta para poder revisarme ya que tengo que hacer trucos y mejorar mis combinaciones básicas, y alcanzar ese 300 ante de cristo.
Pero mientras, pude hacer una sesión del Disloque, mientras me recupero del tren superior, jojojo, e demostrado que mi perseverancia no tiene límites.
Y para la sesión comprometida, hice estatus por estatus de cada parte para ir desbloqueando el Disloque, solamente hice retención x retención y monte y culebra 🐍.
... #SWC cerraré la semana con un post de mañana para quedar 🥇 humildemente y ya la de arriba estar con otras ocupaciones así que no subiré mucho de mi día a día, 🫂 gracias e adiu.
On this occasion I come to present THE ETERNAL DISLOCATION, but in bottom bars, #SWC we returned with a deadly movement ☠️.

But in the meantime, I was able to do a Disloque session, while I recover from my upper body, jojojo, and I have shown that my perseverance has no limits.
And for the committed session, I did status by status of each part to unlock the Dislocation, I only did retention x retention and mount and snake 🐍.
... #SWC I will close the week with a post tomorrow to be 🥇 humbly and the one above will be with other occupations so I will not upload much of my day to day, 🫂 thank you and goodbye.
