Buen día y saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC Y DE HIVE 👋🏽, soy @argos-sw y les quiero compartir algunas fotos de mi entrenamiento de hombro en las plaza el Barroso con mis compañeros.
Sali bastante tarde ya que estaba reparando mi bicicleta, llegué a la plaza a eso de las 7 y comencé a calentar rápidamente, inicie practicando básicos del swing 360 ya que quiero volver a practicar los dinámicos, estube un rato tomando impulsos y tratando de elevar más mi cuerpo sin girar todavía, tras eso me estire nuevamente y comencé una rutina corta que consta de 2 ejercicios con series al fallo, flexiones de hombros primero y luego flexiones en pica, algo corto debido a que me falta bastante fuerza en los hombros. Las flexiones las realice lentas pero constantes, hice 4 series de 9 repeticiones la primera, 11 la segunda y la tercera, y 8 repeticiones la última, descanse un rato hablando con los muchachos y luego me pase a realizar las flexiones en pica, hice 4 series de 5 repeticiones la primera, 6 la segunda, y 5 repeticiones la tercera y la última serie, también me tomé algunas fotografías con los muchachos y luego me fuí.
Ya en casa recordé un post que leí temprano sobre las progresiones del handstand y decidí probar a practicar un poco el handstand en Tuk apoyando las rodillas en la pared, hice 3 intentos tratando de aguantar 10 segundos en cada uno, con eso culmine mi día, no fue el mejor, pero tampoco fue malo ✨
Good morning and greetings to the entire SWC and HIVE community 👋🏽, I'm @argos-sw and I want to share some photos of my shoulder workout at Plaza el Barroso with my teammates.
I left quite late since I was repairing my bike, I arrived at the plaza around 7 and started warming up quickly, starting by practicing the basics of the 360 swing since I want to practice the dynamic ones again. I spent a while taking impulses and trying to raise my body higher without turning yet, after that I stretched again and started a short routine consisting of 2 exercises with sets to failure, shoulder push-ups first and then pike push-ups, somewhat short because I lack quite a bit of strength in my shoulders. I did the push-ups slowly but steadily. I did 4 sets of 9 reps the first, 11 the second and third, and 8 reps the last. I rested for a while talking to the guys and then moved on to doing the pike push-ups. I did 4 sets of 5 reps the first, 6 the second, and 5 reps the third and last set. I also took some pictures with the guys and then left.
Once home, I remembered a post I read earlier about handstand progressions and decided to try practicing the Tuk handstand a little, resting my knees on the wall. I did 3 attempts, trying to hold for 10 seconds each time. That rounded out my day. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either. ✨
