Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas cuantas fotos realizando algunos dinámicos en mi antiguo parque, en clandistenia. Cuando comencé a entrenar los dinámicos me daban mucho miedo y por eso nunca lo intenté, sobre todo en este parque ya que las barras son un poco altas para mí, pero con el paso del tiempo ya he practicado y he agarrado confianza a los dinámicos, por lo que decidí intentar algunos giros eni antiguo parque.
Hace ya una semana y media que fue el evento de Murph Aragua 2025 y debo decir que después de eso quedé muy horrible del cuerpo, todo me dolía y en ese momento que realice los dinámicos el cuerpo no me daba para nada jajajaja, pero igual se hizo algo, al poder hacer free en estás barras le puedo tomar más confianza a los dinámicos, es por ello que quince probar un poco en este parque.

This time, I'm bringing you a few photos of me doing some dynamic moves at my old park, underground. When I first started training, I was really scared of doing dynamic moves, so I never tried them, especially at this park since the bars are a bit high for me. But over time, I've practiced and gained confidence with the moves, so I decided to try some spins at my old park.
It's been a week and a half since the Murph Aragua 2025 event, and I must say that afterward, my body felt terrible. Everything hurt, and at the time I was doing the moves, my body couldn't take any more. Hahaha. But I still did something. By being able to do freestyle moves on these bars, I've gained more confidence with the moves. That's why I decided to try this park a little.
