¡Un saludo enorme a toda la familia de #Hive y #SWC! Les mando un abrazo fuerte y mis mejores vibras. Espero que su energía y su pasión sigan creciendo cada día más. Hoy les quiero compartir una experiencia que viví el domingo pasado en la Plaza Andrés Bello de Michelena, estado Táchira. Fue una mañana inolvidable, rodeado de buena gente y mucho talento. Estuve acompañado por los atletas de san Juan de colon y, el Clan ANST. Juntos, armamos una exhibición de estáticos que dejó a más de uno con la boca abierta.

Today I want to share an experience that I lived last Sunday in Andrés Bello Square in Michelena, Táchira state. It was an unforgettable morning, surrounded by good people and a lot of talent. I was accompanied by the athletes of San Juan de Colon and, the Clan Anst. Together, we put together an exhibition of static that left more than one with his mouth open.

El ambiente estaba cargado de emoción. Ahí, frente a todo el mundo, demostramos lo que el entrenamiento constante y la calistenia pueden lograr. En las barras bajas, me lancé con un combo que incluyó victoria, plancha straddle, front lever a full y back lever a full. Fue un reto físico y mental, pero la adrenalina y el apoyo de la gente lo hicieron sentir increíble. Cerramos mostrando variantes de plancha en paralelas, dejando claro que con dedicación se pueden romper límites.

The atmosphere was loaded with emotion. There, in front of everyone, we demonstrate what constant training and calisthenics can achieve. It was a physical and mental challenge, but the adrenaline and support of the people made him feel incredible. We close showing iron variants in parallels, making it clear that with dedication limits can be broken.
