Hello, my people from #Hive and #SWC! I hope everyone is active and with the batteries put to continue giving the sport, especially to calisthenics, which is an incredible discipline to strengthen body and mind. Today I want to share a training experience that I lived a while ago on the block of the blocks, there in my dear Michelena municipality.
It was a quiet Saturday, of those in which one feels the need to move and clear the mind. I was near the town of the blocks and, without thinking much, I decided to take advantage of the time to train. I went alone, because sometimes training alone helps to concentrate and challenge oneself. I started with front lever attempts, that demanding movement that tests the force of the Core and the back. Then I went to the dominated, taking care of the technique and reaching the chest high at the bar. I managed to make ten repetitions for each block, completing five rounds in total.
Although I still felt something fatigued by the training of previous days, I did not want to stay still. That little session allowed me to clear my mind, enjoying Michelena's atmosphere and remembering that progress means staying active even when the body is tired. In the end, more than a simple training, it was a moment of connection with myself and motivation to continue improving day by day. Because in calisthenics, as in life, the important thing is not to stop and always seek the best version of oneself.
