Hola y saludos amigos de la comunidad hoy les estaré compartiendo varias fotografías del entrenamiento del día de ayer donde entrene en el estadio del venoil junto con mis amigos @josed1912, su hermano José Luis y Sander que son viejos amigos de mis comienzos cuando entrenaba en el club deportivo la salina, que en su tiempo estubieron fuera del deporte pero uno a uno fueron regresando a las barras y poco a poco agarrando nivel nuevamente con la ayuda también del pana su entrenador @josef-999 que está activo con ellos 💪y igualmente de mi parte siempre estaré activo para ayudarlos como el equipo que somos 🔥. ayer fue un día más de descansar y entrenamiento suave realice más de 1000 saltos en cuerda entre series de 100 y 150 saltos aparte de una rutina de básicos de medio impacto entre dominadas, miscle ups, fondos y flexiones variadas entre series 💪🔥.SWC
