Bueno muchachos un saludo a todos quería decir que ha habido muy buenos progresos en la plancha, el entrenamiento de hoy estuvo bien y bueno quería compartirles las mejoras que hubieron.
Well, everyone, greetings to all. I wanted to say that there has been very good progress on the flat iron. Today's training went well, and I wanted to share with you the improvements that were made.
El entrenamiento empezé con Straddel planch pero en piso aunque la postura no fue la mejor si la pude mantener por varios segundos y siendo varios intentos, otra cosa muy importante es que por fin he logrado el press de tuck desde la positiva hasta la negativa con un aguante al final, me salieron como 3 press y los demás solo la fase de subida pero ya la bajada no la controlaba y bueno ya estoy viendo el fruto del entrenamiento.
I started training with straddle push-ups on the floor. Although my posture wasn't the best, I was able to hold the position for several seconds and do several attempts. Another very important thing is that I finally managed to do the tuck press from the positive to the negative with a hold at the end. I did about three presses, and the others only did the upward phase, but I couldn't control the downward phase. Anyway, I'm already seeing the results of my training.
