Feliz inicio de semana. Comenzamos este lunes retomando los estrenos,la semana pasada no puede entrar porque tenía una molestia en espalda, pero ya estamos de vuelta.
El entrenamiento que realizamos hoy fue una rutina de básicos. Dominadas, fondos y flexiones, enfocadonos más en el empuje. Comenzamos con el calentamiento, estiramientos y unas tiradas, para empezar con las pull aps, hicimos varias series con diferentes variaciones, descansando serie de 3 a 4 min hasta completar 100 dominadas, luego pasamos hacer los fondos, 4 series de 25Rep y luego terminamos con las flexiones, los misma series y repes hasta lograr 100.

Happy start to the week. We started this Monday by getting back to our new workouts. I couldn't get in because of a back problem, but we're back now.
Today's workout was a basic routine: pull-ups, dips, and push-ups, but we focused more on pushing. We started with the necessary warm-up, starting with pull-ups. We did several sets with different variations, resting for 3 to 4 minutes until we completed 100 pull-ups. Then we moved on to dips, 4 sets of 25 reps, and then we finished with push-ups, the same sets and reps until we reached 100.
