



Estuvimos entrenando empuje. Dos amigos estaban entrenando empuje horizontal y balance de pino y yo estaba haciendo plancha. El entrenamiento estuvo muy bien, rendí con las series de negativas de tuck planche y mejoré mi postura en las series combinadas de tuck planche y lean planche. Y terminé rematando con flexiones de pino como basicos. Estuve concentrado también en la rutina de mis amigos ya que uno había dejado de entrenar por un mes y otro tenía poco tiempo en calistenia, así que los guíe.

We were training push-ups. Two friends were training horizontal push-ups and handstand balance, and I was doing a planchette. The workout went very well; I excelled at the tuck planche negative sets and improved my posture in the combined tuck planche and lean planche sets. I finished off with handstand push-ups as basics. I also focused on my friends' routines, as one had stopped training for a month, and the other had only been doing calisthenics for a short time, so I guided them.
