






Good morning, SWC family and Hive community!
I hope you woke up today feeling energized to continue pushing your limits on this incredible journey that is calisthenics. I'm sharing some footage from a workout I did at my in-laws' house, where I focused on static elements, with the goal of continuing to gain strength, control, and optimizing each movement, especially the plank and its variations. In this session, I decided to train without the use of elastic bands, seeking a cleaner, more technical approach focused solely on total body control, performing the exercises slowly and actively, engaging as many muscles as possible with each repetition.
It was truly a rewarding session; I felt comfortable with every set and every execution. Something I'd like to highlight is the progress I've made in scapular exercise and shoulder depression, two aspects that I struggled with before, but which I now clearly notice have strengthened, making me feel much more confident when performing them. Another positive point is that my injured elbow didn't bother me as much, and that gave me more freedom and confidence to regain my level with the plank. I did this workout completely on an empty stomach, as it allows me to better activate my core and strengthen my abdominal contraction, which makes it much easier to execute the progressions with quality.
Como siempre, espero que esta rutina y experiencia les motive a seguir adelante. Estamos aquí para mejorar, para aprender y para compartir este proceso que todos vivimos desde diferentes niveles. Si algo tengo claro, es que no importa dónde entrenes ni con cuántos recursos cuentes, lo importante es la disciplina y las ganas de hacerlo. Vamos con todo, ¡a seguir trabajando duro y buscando esa mejor versión de nosotros mismos cada día!
