Cada día es una oportunidad para ser mejor, para superar límites y para avanzar con determinación. Este camino no es fácil; requiere disciplina, constancia y mucha dedicación. Por eso, he decidido renovarme, adoptando una nueva imagen que represente mi evolución y mi compromiso conmigo mismo. No se trata solo de cambiar el exterior, sino de alinear cada aspecto de mi vida con mis metas más profundas.
Every day is an opportunity to be better, to overcome limits, and to move forward with determination. This path is not easy; it requires discipline, perseverance, and a lot of dedication. Therefore, I have decided to renew myself, adopting a new image that represents my evolution and my commitment to myself. It's not just about changing the outside, but about aligning every aspect of my life with my deepest goals.
Uno de los pilares de este proceso es conseguir más fuerza en mi interior para dominar más mi dominio del peso corporal hacia la calistenia, y créanme que esto es necesario, ya que en esta etapa del crecimiento nuestra percepción y nuestra mentalidad influye mucho para lograr nuevos objetivos, ya que para lograr una nueva determinación que me lleve a nuevos niveles para ello hay que plantear nuevos objetivos.
One of the pillars of this process is to gain more inner strength to further master my bodyweight skills in calisthenics. Believe me, this is necessary, as at this stage of growth, our perception and mindset greatly influence our ability to achieve new goals. To achieve a new determination that will take me to new levels, we must set new goals.
Mis nuevas metas son claras: mejorar mi técnica, ganar fuerza y, sobre todo, disfrutar del proceso. Pero más allá de lo físico, busco cultivar una mentalidad inquebrantable, donde los obstáculos se conviertan en escalones hacia el éxito. Quiero inspirar a otros a que también se atrevan a reinventarse, a creer en su potencial y a no rendirse, sin importar las dificultades.
