Hola comunidad de SWC, un día como hoy quiero recordar que ya hace un año que estoy entrenando este gran deporte, Calistenia y Streetworkout, y les vengo con algunas fotografías de cuando saqué mi primero truco dinámico, en ese entonces fue un gran logro para mi porque lo hice en poco tiempo, yo soy una persona que desde que empecé en el mundo de Freestyle entiendo rápidamente los trucos, las técnicas, tipo de impulso, uso de las piernas, por eso el swing 360 me costo como 1 mes para agarrar el truco, ya que cuándo práctico un truco me esmeró demasiado para lograrlo, siempre los entendí muy bien y sigo en eso, claro hay trucos que dan mucho miedo pero con la práctica y la dedicación se logran!.

Hello SWC community, a day like today I want to remember that it's been a year since I'm training this great sport, Calisthenics and Streetworkout, and I come with some pictures of when I took my first dynamic trick, at that time it was a great achievement for me because I did it in a short time, I am a person that since I started in the world of Freestyle I understand quickly the tricks, the techniques, type of impulse, use of the legs, that's why the swing 360 cost me about 1 month to get the trick, because when I practice a trick I work too hard to get it, I always understood them very well and I'm still at it, of course there are tricks that are very scary but with practice and dedication are achieved!.
