Saludos HIVE y SWC, espero que se encuentre bien el día de hoy, voy compartir algunos de mis ejercicios básicos, qué me ayudaron a tener una buena postura, a la de realizar un front lever.

Como primer ejercicio realize pull ups tuck advanced por 4 series, al punto de subir nada más la mitad.
As a first exercise, perform pull ups tuck advanced for 4 sets, to the point of only half of the pull up.

Como segundo ejercicio luego de haber dencansando del primer ejercicio siguen dominadas, que ayudarán a fortalecer la espalda, 4 series.
As a second exercise, after having rested from the first exercise, the pull-ups follow, which will help to strengthen the back, 4 sets.

Como tercer ejercicio tenemos dominadas en L, 4 series.
As the third exercise we have the L-shape pull-ups, 4 sets.

Y cuarto y último ejercicio pull ups de remo,4 series.
And fourth and last exercise, rowing pull ups, 4 sets.
