Disfruté mucho este día por la motivación, lo que puedo decir es que Tony Ganste es una persona muy humilde y es una gran persona que motiva, que te ayuda a mejorar espero que algún día pueda llegar a ese nivel trataré de mejorar pero para eso necesito enfocarme al 100% en los entrenamientos espero que pronto cuando regrese a Venezuela me dé más tiempo de entrenar para mejorar mucho más con el favor de Dios.
I really enjoyed this day because of the motivation, what I can say is that Tony Ganste is a very humble person and is a great person that motivates, that helps you to improve I hope that someday I can get to that level I will try to improve but for that I need to focus 100% on training I hope that soon when I return to Venezuela will give me more time to train to improve much more with the favor of God.
Estoy empezando a respirar con la plancha pero la idea es hacer la hasta que no me pese el cuerpo, estoy tratando de bajar un poco de peso por se estaba en un pesaje mayor al normal para eso me ha ayudado planeo quedarme en 73 kilos ya que en mi mejor momento estaba en 72 cuando estaba sin entrenar llegué a los 80 pero prefiero estar en 73 me siento más saludable.
I am starting to breathe with the plank but the idea is to do the plank until my body is not heavy, I am trying to lose a little weight because I was at a higher weight than normal for that has helped me I plan to stay at 73 kilos since at my best I was at 72 when I was not training I reached 80 but I prefer to be at 73 I feel healthier.
