Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiremos con ustedes unas fotografías de intentos de plancha.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time we will share with you some pictures of plancha attempts.
Ayer entrené plancha e hice una rutina fuerte, por ende hoy ando pesado pero igual hice un par de intentos para seguir mejorando, ahorita ando en busca de la full pero primero quiero dominar la straddle en varias aspectos, por ahora intento ganar más fuerza y resistencia haciendo ejercicios al fallo.
Yesterday I trained plancha and did a strong routine, so today I'm heavy but I still made a couple of attempts to continue improving, now I'm looking for the full but first I want to master the straddle in several aspects, for now I try to gain more strength and endurance doing exercises to failure.
Espero poder Competir con todo este 2025, ando en preparación de una nueva versión de mi.
I hope to be able to compete with everything this 2025, I am preparing a new version of me.
