Hola mi gente, en este video les compartiré mi ultimo entrenamiento de la semana, el cual fue enfocado a básicos y algunos ejercicios de frontlever, hice muchas barras y muscle ups aparte de alguno backflips y fondos, entrené con Diego que se llego al venoil al rato de yo haber empezado a entrenar, fue un entrenmiento bastante bueno y espero que se pueda apreciar eso en el video, espero les guste !
Hello my people, in this video I will share with you my last workout of the week, which was focused on basics and some frontlever exercises, I did a lot of bars and muscle ups apart from some backflips and bottoms, I trained with Diego who got to the venoil after I started training, it was a pretty good workout and I hope you can appreciate that in the video, I hope you like it !
