









En el entrenamiento de hoy, después de calentar y estirar, hice primero aguantes en handstand. La verdad es que aún no lo domino, pero a veces sale y a veces no. Luego hice tuck press; mi amigo me recomendó hacer en cada serie dos intentos de press, descansar treinta segundos y hacer dos más para finalizar la serie. Luego hice negativas de handstand a tuck; las hice asistidas debido a que aún no domino el handstand, pero mi amigo me dijo que igual servía, que lo importante es ir entendiendo el movimiento. Luego, para finalizar, hice aguantes de tuck advance para ir mejorando la resistencia y ganar mucha fuerza de empuje, también para mejorar la postura. Después hice básicos: fondos, flexiones en Slim, y flexiones.
La verdad es que, después de hacer todo eso, quedé demasiado cansado. Me gustó ese entrenamiento; lo haré por este mes a ver cómo me va y también tomando la creatina. Si alguien tiene un consejo para mejorar, por favor díganme para progresar cada día más.

In today's workout, after warming up and stretching, I first did handstand holds. The truth is that I haven't mastered it yet, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Then I did tuck presses; my friend recommended that I do two press attempts in each set, rest for thirty seconds, and do two more to finish the set. Then I did handstand to tuck negatives; I did them with assistance because I haven't mastered the handstand yet, but my friend told me that it was still useful, that the important thing is to understand the movement. Then, to finish, I did tuck advance holds to improve my endurance and gain a lot of pushing strength, as well as to improve my posture. After that, I did some basics: dips, Slim push-ups, and push-ups.
To be honest, after doing all that, I was exhausted. I liked that workout; I'll do it for this month to see how it goes, and I'll also take creatine. If anyone has any advice on how to improve, please let me know so I can progress more each day.
