






Hoy fue un día muy productivo. Hicimos front lever porque, sinceramente, andamos muy mal en el trabajo; así que toca trabajar más esta semana para mejorar las fallas y la falta de fuerza en esta área.
Pero siempre calentando bien y utilizando buena técnica para obtener los resultados que queremos. A continuación, les indico cuáles fueron los ejercicios que realicé.
1- pull ups 15reps/ 4sets
2- Aguante de mejor progresión front lever (al fallo) / 4sets
3- Aguante de touch (al fallo) / 4sets
4- Tuck Pull ups 5a8 reps/ 4sets
5- Negativas front lever (al fallo) / 4sets

Today was a very productive day. We did front lever because, honestly, we were very bad at work, so we have to work more this week to improve the faults and the lack of strength in this area.
But always warm up well and use good technique to get the results we want. Here are the exercises I performed.
