¡Qué tal mi gente de HIVE! Soy su querido presentador @lijou-cv y aquí un reporte de entrenando a mi jefe, en este reporte no mostraré ni una foto de mi jefe querido asta que él me dé autorización, pero si le contare sobre el progreso que tiene, llevamos ya unas 2 semanas haciendo 100 flexiones diarias y paso de no poder hacer tuck planche a hacer 5 segundo de duración en tan solo 3 días ahora déjeme y les cuento:
mi jefe estudió conmigo y ve la diferencia de aspecto entre él y yo, ya que empecé a trabajar con él se interesó en tener un cuerpo parecido al mío, hay es que le propongo entrenar ciertas cosas en unos pocos minuto en el trabajo las primeras semanas le estaba mostrando lo que era tuck planche, pero se interesó hoy a que le mostrara un nivel más avanzado de plancha así que le mostré la straddle planche, desde como iniciar, la postura correcta y la duración para considerarla en una competencia, como le dije calentamos con unas 100 flexiones y algunas sentadillas, luego es que se pone a hacer tuck planche y me pide que le enseñe a ver como lo puede lograr, antes de intentar hacer una tuck planche déjenme decirle que no le parecía difícil, más bien no lo veía difícil, pero cuando intento tuck planche, fue cuando se motivó, ya que algo que lo hacía ver tan sencillo se le dificultaba tanto hay fue que se vio más interesado en aprender calistenia.
