Hola amigos de #HIVE, #Liketu y #SWC. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de plancha de hoy en la mañana. Últimamente me estoy centrando en mejorar las posturas de las progresiones anteriores así tenga la skill como tal, quiero centrarme en mejorar la postura final de las mismas. En mi entrenamiento estoy realizando muchos presses, flexiones y aguantes, tanto en frog planch como en tuck adv. Paso a paso mejoro en aspectos más pequeños.

Hello friends of #HIVE, #Liketu and #SWC. Today I want to share with you some photos of my plank workout this morning. Lately I have been focusing on improving the postures of the previous progressions, even if I have the skill as such, I want to focus on improving the final posture of them. In my training I am doing a lot of presses, push-ups and holds, both in frog planch and tuck adv. Step by step I improve in smaller aspects.
