Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC espero estén todos bien, hoy les comparto unas fotografías de lo que fue mi primera presentación en un chequeo de men's physique en Coro - Edo. Falcón.

Fue un día muy entretenido y una experiencia diferente, la pasé muy bien junto a otros atletas y exponentes del físico culturismo, para ser mi primera presentación recibí muchas felicitaciones y buenos alientos para seguir mostrando mejoras a lo largo del proceso.

Estoy muy agradecido con @royerpersonal_trainer que ha sido mi entrenador y preparador físico desde hace un mes, he mostrado mejoras incluyendo en mis entrenos ejercicios del gym y calistenia, aparte de lo más importante que ha sido mi alimentación específica, por ahora seguiremos preparándonos para participar en el Campeonato Nacional de Novatos que será en Caracas el 17, 18 y 19 de este mes.

It was a very entertaining day and a different experience, I had a great time with other athletes and exponents of bodybuilding, for my first presentation I received many congratulations and good encouragement to continue showing improvements throughout the process.

I am very grateful to @royerpersonal_trainer who has been my coach and physical trainer for a month, I have shown improvements including in my workouts gym exercises and calisthenics, apart from the most important thing that has been my specific food, for now we will continue preparing to participate in the National Novice Championship to be held in Caracas on 17, 18 and 19 of this month.
