Greetings dear friends of
SWC, in this opportunity I will share with all of you some pictures of the 1st Edition of our ‘Versus by Category’, SWC is determined to make a difference in each of its initiatives inside and outside our ecosystem, this event implied many challenges, however, thanks to our multiple experiences we managed to solve the mishaps that could develop or be generated before, during and after this edition.
The city of Punto Fijo - located in the state of Falcón - is more than 400 kilometres away from the city of Maracay, the transportation of both the athletes and all the equipment for the event required very specific planning. Both @joscar-sw and I were able to take the organisation of this event in front of the sea, which has been our 1st ‘beach’ event of the year.
El evento inició un poco más tarde de lo que teníamos planificado, sin embargo, esto no era problema alguno puesto que contábamos con tiempo suficiente para la realización de todo el evento. Cayó la tarde y ya más de la mitad del evento se había realizado, tanto las categorías Amateur como la Semi Profesional ya tenían estaban casi definidos, solo faltaban la ronda final para definir: 1°, 2° y 3° lugar, de esa manera fue fluyendo todo hasta llegar al momento de quienes serían los ganadores de la categoría Profesional.
The event started a little later than we had planned, however, this was not a problem as we had enough time to complete the whole event. The afternoon fell and more than half of the event had already taken place, both the Amateur and Semi Professional categories were almost defined, only the final round was missing to define: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, in this way everything was flowing until the moment of who would be the winners of the Professional category.
Fue un evento que tuvo grandes expectativas y creo que logramos alcanzar los objetivos planteados, tuvimos una buena cobertura del evento, los chicos disfrutaron del evento de principio a fin y logramos llamar la atención de nuevos chicos que a su vez se han ido unido a Hive por medio de la comunidad SWC.
Cabe destacar que logramos desarrollar este evento gracias al amigo Johnny Mendoza (@johnnym7777) quien junto a su organización FSW nos ayudó a coordinar los permisos necesarios, las diligencias logísticas en esa ciudad y la promoción del evento. Gracias por tu compromiso con SWC y FSW y hacer posible este evento.
It was an event that had high expectations and I think we managed to achieve our goals, we had a good coverage of the event, the kids enjoyed the event from beginning to end and we managed to attract new kids who in turn have joined Hive through the SWC community.
It should be noted that we managed to develop this event thanks to our friend Johnny Mendoza (@johnnym7777) who along with his organization FSW helped us to coordinate the necessary permits, the logistical arrangements in that city and the promotion of the event. Thank you for your commitment to SWC and FSW and making this event possible.
Estoy seguro que las próximas ediciones serán igual de emocionantes que esta, espero seguir contribuyendo al crecimiento del movimiento deportivo del Street Workout en Venezuela.
I am sure that the next editions will be as exciting as this one, I hope to continue contributing to the growth of the Street Workout movement in Venezuela.
