Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia viernes hice mi rutina matutina de estacticos esta vez Front lever, me asombra que en la rutina pude rendir bien con algunas combinaciones de pull ups de front lever abierto y touch.

También hice algunas planchas en piso, pero solo eran para testear la postura, hice combinado el front primero. Después tomaba un descanso y hacia la plancha fueron buenas combinaciones y la verdad me gusta que valla progresando poco a poco sin exigirme tanto ya que es muy importante escuchar el cuerpo de uno mismo.

Después de la sesión de estacticos me puse a hacer algunos básicos como dominadas abiertas,normales y cerradas también añadiendo una pequeña dificultad en sus variantes, fue súper bien la rutina y lo importante es que la completamos al 100% ya que me gusta hacer todo completo y sin ninguna falta.

Hi Hive and SWC, on Friday, I did my morning static routine, this time with the Front Lever. I'm amazed that I was able to perform well with some combinations of open front lever pull-ups and touches.

I also did some planks on the floor, but they were just to test the posture; I combined the front first. Afterward, I took a break and did the plank. These were good combinations, and I really like that I'm progressing slowly without pushing myself too hard, since it's very important to listen to your body.

After the static session, I started doing some basic exercises like open, normal, and closed pull-ups, also adding a little difficulty to the variations. The routine went really well, and the important thing is that we completed it 100%, since I like to do everything completely and without any mistakes.
