
A lo que llegue al parque me dispuse a saludar a los compañeros que fueron y a comenzar a calentar para así priorizar la rutina, las sensaciones del calentamiento fueron neutras "ni buenas ni malas" después de haber calentado hice un mini combo de plancha y uno de front para ver qué salía, y puedo decir que salio como esperaba a pesar de comenzar la semana algo suave hay cosas que mejorar pero se hace con lo que se pude y con lo que uno esta dispuesto a lograr. Le dije a un amigo para que me grabará porque actualmente no tengo trípode, Haci igualmente trabajo con lo que tengo.
Ya después de grabar algunas tomas y de hacer algunas combinaciones me dispuse a descansar para terminar la rutina, después de descansar de me fue la luz y tuve que terminar de entrenar Loque me faltaba que eran las piernas me prepare para calentar los músculos de las piernas y Haci darle fuerte a la rutina. Gracias a Dios pude completar la rutina y terminé entrenando poco tiempo aproximadamente una hora y media casi dos horas de entrenamiento, ya luego me fui a la casa y descanso para Haci editar e contenido y después publicarlo.
When I got to the park, I got ready to greet my teammates who were there and started warming up to prioritize my routine. The warm-up felt neutral, "neither good nor bad." Thankfully, I was able to complete the routine and ended up training for a short time, approximately an hour and a half, almost two hours of training. Then I went home and rested to Haci, edit the content and then publish it.
