Hora de empezar la semana (12 de marzo 2024), esta vez con "planche". Las siguientes pruebas fueron de "hold Full planche", en que pude llegar a 13 segundos exactos incluso pareciera que no fuera así, pero bueno al menos hay algo de avance; "full planche push Up" baje un la cantidad de repeticiones a 5, pero a costa de obtener una mejor postura y armonía en todo el recorrido; "full maltese planche prees" tenía tiempo que no lograba hacer 2 "prees" y al fin lo vuelvo a conseguir, pero con detalles a mejorar y así mismo con la "full planche" supina con una apertura más junta. Después de haber descansado 2 días, pues, no estuvo mal el entrenamiento 😁👍🏻📈.
