¿Cómo están disfrutando estas vacaciones? Espero que las estén pasando increíble, llenos de energía y alegría. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia especial: una sesión fotográfica que capturé durante mi viaje a un fundo rural, un rincón lleno de vida y paz alejado del bullicio de la ciudad.
El lugar es un paraíso natural donde conviven vacas pastando tranquilamente, caballos majestuosos y una variedad de aves que llenan el aire con sus cantos. ¡Hasta logré fotografiar un par de especies que no había visto antes! Estar aquí me recordó lo importante que es reconectar con la naturaleza, respirar aire puro y apreciar esos pequeños detalles que a veces olvidamos en la rutina.
Como saben, estos días de Carnaval son para muchos un momento de celebración, pero para mí también son una oportunidad para mantener la disciplina. ¿El desafío? Adaptar mis entrenamientos sin equipos convencionales. ¡Y vaya que lo logré! Entre los árboles, descubrí un espacio con estructuras que emulaban barras paralelas improvisadas, y allí pude practicar:
- Handstands (¡equilibrio contra el viento campestre!),
- Straddle planche (un reto de fuerza en pleno campo abierto),
- Elbow lever para desafiar la gravedad,
- Y hasta un L-sit sobre el césped, sintiendo la tierra bajo mis manos.
Aunque extraño mi rutina habitual, esta aventura me enseñó que la creatividad y las ganas no tienen límites, incluso en entornos inusuales.

, how are you enjoying these vacations? I hope you are having an amazing time, full of energy and joy. Today I want to share with you a special experience: a photo shoot that I captured during my trip to a rural farm, a place full of life and peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The place is a natural paradise where cows grazing peacefully, majestic horses and a variety of birds that fill the air with their songs coexist. I even managed to photograph a couple of species I had not seen before! Being here reminded me how important it is to reconnect with nature, breathe fresh air and appreciate those little details that we sometimes forget in the routine.
As you know, these Carnival days are for many a time of celebration, but for me they are also an opportunity to maintain discipline. The challenge? To adapt my workouts without conventional equipment and boy, did I succeed! Among the trees, I discovered a space with structures that emulated improvised parallel bars, and there I was able to practice:
- Handstands (balancing against the country wind!),
- Straddle planche (a strength challenge in the middle of an open field),
- Elbow lever to defy gravity,
- And even a L-sit on the grass, feeling the earth under my hands.
