Un cordial saludo a todos los lectores que tienen la oportunidad de visualizar mi nueva publicación en el día de hoy. En especial, a todos aquellos atletas que practican el Street Workout y la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia. A todos los que conforman la gran familia y comunidad de #SWC y hacen vida activa dentro del ecosistema de #Hive. Les doy la bienvenida, espero que se encuentren muy bien, que hayan tenido actividades grandiosas en este lindo día y que disfruten al máximo mi publicación.

En esta ocasión les vengo a enseñar, compartir y comentar acerca de mi rutina de entrenamiento realizada en el día de hoy, el cual realicé en casa de mi amigo @omarzv-sw aprovechando mi visita a la ciudad de San Juan de Colón.

Esta rutina de entrenamiento la realicé en su mayoría con ayuda de una mini barras paralelas, estas mini barras paralelas, las adquirí para poder seguir manteniendo mi motivación e incentivar mi progreso en el movimiento y progresiones de la Planche.

Los ejercicios que realicé con el apoyo de las mini barras paralelas, han sido: Aguantes en Lean Planche, repeticiones de Lean Planche a Tuck Planche y repeticiones de L-sit a Tuck Planche.

Sin el apoyo de las mini barras paralelas, realicé flexiones de Pick, algunos aguantes de Handstand y flexiones de Handstand con apoyo en pared.

Me siento muy contento y orgulloso del progreso que estoy obteniendo de poco en poco, sé que mi desarrollo y resultados no se van a reflejar rápidamente, sin embargo, voy a seguir comprometido y con mi disciplina al máximo para tener un buen progreso en la Planche.

Cada entrenamiento superado me acerca más a mi meta y cuando sea el momento, estaré muy orgulloso de tener la perseverancia y constancia que me ayude a lograr mis metas.

On this occasion I come to show you, share and comment about my training routine carried out today, which I did at my friend @omarzv-sw's house taking advantage of my visit to the city of San Juan de Colón.

I did this training routine mostly with the help of a mini parallel bar, I acquired these mini parallel bars to be able to continue maintaining my motivation and encourage my progress in the movement and progressions of the Planche.

The exercises that I did with the support of the mini parallel bars have been: Lean Planche holds, repetitions of Lean Planche to Tuck Planche and repetitions of L-sit to Tuck Planche.

Without the support of the mini parallel bars, I did Pick push-ups, some Handstand holds and Handstand push-ups with wall support.

I feel very happy and proud of the progress I am making little by little. I know that my development and results will not be reflected quickly, however, I will remain committed and with my maximum discipline to make good progress in the Planche.

Each training session I complete brings me closer to my goal and when the time comes, I will be very proud of having the perseverance and consistency that helps me achieve my goals.
