Quiero compartir con ustedes un video en el que hablo sobre mis inicios en la calistenia y el street workout, lo que estas disciplinas significan para mí y el mensaje que deseo transmitir tanto como atleta como a cada persona que me escucha.
La calistenia no solo ha sido un camino de entrenamiento físico, sino también una forma de descubrir mi propia disciplina, constancia y pasión. Cada movimiento y cada progreso representan un aprendizaje que va más allá del deporte: hablan de superación personal, de la búsqueda de equilibrio y de la fuerza que todos llevamos dentro.
Mi intención con este video es inspirar a quienes recién comienzan, motivar a quienes ya forman parte de esta comunidad y recordar que, más allá de los logros técnicos, lo importante es el mensaje que dejamos como personas y atletas.

I would like to share with you a video where I talk about my beginnings in calisthenics and street workout, what these disciplines mean to me, and the message I wish to convey both as an athlete and to everyone who listens.
Calisthenics has not only been a path of physical training, but also a way to discover discipline, consistency, and passion within myself. Every movement and every step forward represents a lesson that goes beyond sport: it speaks of personal growth, the pursuit of balance, and the inner strength we all carry.
My intention with this video is to inspire those who are just starting out, motivate those who are already part of this community, and remind us that beyond technical achievements, what truly matters is the message we leave behind as athletes and as individuals.
