Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Durante nuestra estadía en la posada, donde nos hospedamos en el marco del 1.º Vs por Categoría, aproveché la calma de la mañana y el buen clima junto a la piscina para mover un poco el cuerpo mientras esperábamos el desayuno. No hay mejor manera de comenzar el día que conectando con uno mismo a través del movimiento.

Aunque el cuerpo se sentía un poco pesado después de los combos que hice el día anterior en el evento, no quise dejar pasar la oportunidad de estirar y activar con algunos intentos de pino y plancha, dos elementos que disfruto mucho practicar, sin importar el lugar. A veces, lo más simple también se disfruta y ayuda a recargar energías.

Momentos como estos, donde combinamos la tranquilidad, el entorno y nuestra pasión, son los que nos recuerdan por qué amamos lo que hacemos.

Greetings friends of the SWC During our stay at the inn, where we stayed for the 1st Vs by Category, I took advantage of the calm morning and the good weather by the pool to move my body a little while we waited for breakfast. Although my body felt a little heavy after the combos I did the day before at the event, I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to stretch and activate with a few attempts at handstands and planks, two elements I really enjoy practicing, no matter the location. Sometimes, the simplest things are also enjoyable and help recharge.
