Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Después de un día intenso durante el 1° VS por Categoría, no podía faltar ese pequeño cierre entre atletas, compartiendo lo que nos apasiona. En la posada, bajo el cielo nocturno, se hizo un pequeño Vs con mi amigo @neomar-oz para soltar un poco más de energía. Me enfoqué en sacar lo mejor de mí en plancha y sus variaciones, dejando todo en cada segundo de aguante. Y como la creatividad no tiene límites, improvisamos una barra con la fuerza y estabilidad de dos compañeros tomados del brazo. No hay excusa cuando las ganas son mayores y ahí salió un buen Front Lever, demostrando que el ambiente y la motivación lo son todo. Estos momentos hacen que cada esfuerzo valga la pena. Más que combos, son recuerdos compartidos con personas que vibran con la misma pasión.
Greetings friends of the SWC After an intense day during the 1st VS by Category, I couldn't miss that little closure between athletes, sharing what we are passionate about. At the inn, under the night sky, we did a little Vs with my friend @neomar-oz to release a little more energy. I focused on getting the best out of myself in the plank and its variations, giving everything in every second of endurance. And since creativity has no limits, we improvised a bar with the strength and stability of two companions holding arms. There are no excuses when the desire is greater and there came out a good Front Lever, demonstrating that the environment and motivation are everything. These moments make every effort worth it. More than combos, they are memories shared with people who vibrate with the same passion.
